What to include
- Site address and your role: FM, main contractor, property team or owner
- Surfaces, substrate types, approximate quantities and desired colour
- Drawings, elevations, room schedule or clear site photographs
- Access details, occupancy, programme, target dates and tender deadline
- Any site induction, RAMS, insurance or operative competency requirements
