Commercial surface refurbishment
Why refurbish rather than replace?
Where a component is sound and compatible with recoating, refinishing can refresh its appearance without removing serviceable cladding, frames or joinery. It can reduce disruption associated with strip-out and give several surfaces a coordinated brand finish.
We check condition first. Water ingress, corrosion, failing seals, damaged hardware or other performance defects are identified for suitable repair or replacement before cosmetic work is specified. Programme and whole-life cost are assessed against the actual substrate and access requirements.

01 · Review
Send drawings, an elevation or room schedule, site photos, location and target dates. We establish the surfaces and intended finish.
02 · Survey
We inspect condition, access, nearby trades and operational constraints; test areas can be agreed where coating compatibility needs checking.
03 · Specify & plan
A scoped quotation sets out preparation, exclusions, coating system, access assumptions, sequencing and site documentation.
04 · Deliver
Protect, prepare, spray and inspect the agreed surfaces, then hand over with any applicable product documentation.
Working on commercial sites
Health, safety & documentation
We discuss site-specific RAMS, COSHH assessments, coating Technical Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets during tender and mobilisation. Working-at-height arrangements and any MEWP/IPAF or CSCS requirements are checked against the job and the team assigned; access is priced and confirmed per site.
Public liability documentation and any applicable employers’ liability documentation can be reviewed before appointment. We confirm policy limits, operative competencies, inductions and site-specific method statements as part of onboarding. No third-party accreditation is implied by this page.
