Projects start with a site survey or a review of drawings, photographs and a finish schedule. We confirm the substrate, access, masking, programme and coating documentation before issuing a scoped quotation.
Preparation and delivery
How we approach the work
Cladding jobs depend on adhesion and access. The survey establishes whether the existing coating is suitable to overcoat, identifies corrosion or failing areas, and defines washing, abrasion, masking and spot treatment. We agree a representative test area where needed, then plan application around weather, overspray risk and adjacent operations.
What the survey needs to establish
Loose or extensively corroded panels may need repair or replacement before coating. We distinguish sound panels from defective ones in the quotation, so the scope does not hide structural or water ingress issues.
We agree site-specific method statements, risk assessments and COSHH information for the selected products with the site team. Technical Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets can be reviewed as part of the specification. Access, working at height and operator competency are confirmed for each job.

Can you spray a building while it is trading?
Often, subject to a site survey, safe segregation, access and weather. We phase elevations around entrances, deliveries and neighbouring property.
Does the coating stop leaks?
No. Coating restores appearance and protects a suitable surface; roof or envelope defects need separate investigation and repair.
