Projects start with a site survey or a review of drawings, photographs and a finish schedule. We confirm the substrate, access, masking, programme and coating documentation before issuing a scoped quotation.
Preparation and delivery
How we approach the work
Our survey records substrate type, working hours, signage, glazing, pedestrian access and security requirements. Preparation and masking are agreed before spraying. Sequencing can be discussed for occupied units or fit-out programmes.
What the survey needs to establish
We quote only the surfaces and elevations identified. Signage removal or refitting, broken glazing and door repairs require a separately agreed trade scope.
We agree site-specific method statements, risk assessments and COSHH information for the selected products with the site team. Technical Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets can be reviewed as part of the specification. Access, working at height and operator competency are confirmed for each job.
