Projects start with a site survey or a review of drawings, photographs and a finish schedule. We confirm the substrate, access, masking, programme and coating documentation before issuing a scoped quotation.
Preparation and delivery
How we approach the work
The survey establishes which areas are sound enough to refinish, what requires a separate repair, and how MEWP or other access might be managed. We define surface preparation, coating compatibility, protection and a practical elevation-by-elevation sequence.
What the survey needs to establish
Façade spraying changes appearance; it does not resolve envelope leaks, failed glazing or façade safety defects. Any façade engineering or remedial works sit with the appropriately qualified contractor.
We agree site-specific method statements, risk assessments and COSHH information for the selected products with the site team. Technical Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets can be reviewed as part of the specification. Access, working at height and operator competency are confirmed for each job.
