Projects start with a site survey or a review of drawings, photographs and a finish schedule. We confirm the substrate, access, masking, programme and coating documentation before issuing a scoped quotation.
Preparation and delivery
How we approach the work
We walk the perimeter and internal areas, record quantities and substrate conditions, then define access, masking, material schedules and safe work zones. Phasing considers tenant operations, vehicles and neighbouring businesses.
What the survey needs to establish
A visual refurbishment should not conceal defective cladding, leaks or structural deterioration. These issues are reported for repair before a coating programme is confirmed.
We agree site-specific method statements, risk assessments and COSHH information for the selected products with the site team. Technical Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets can be reviewed as part of the specification. Access, working at height and operator competency are confirmed for each job.
