Preparation & execution

A mixed-substrate building

The building combined a large metal cladding area with aluminium and UPVC frames, shutters and masonry details. The challenge was to create a coordinated finish without treating unlike substrates as if they shared one preparation or coating schedule.

The scope called for substrate-specific surface checks, cleaning and preparation, protection of glazing and adjoining areas, and a phased access plan for the elevation. Coating product details, application records and exact duration are omitted here until the project file is cleared for public release.

Result

The commercial exterior was refinished as a combined cladding, frame and shutter package. We will add approved before and after photographs, product specifications and further measured details when available.
