Commercial window spraying
Bring an elevation or property portfolio into one colour scheme without replacing serviceable window frames. We assess aluminium and UPVC separately because the preparation, coating compatibility and site risks differ.

Projects start with a site survey or a review of drawings, photographs and a finish schedule. We confirm the substrate, access, masking, programme and coating documentation before issuing a scoped quotation.
Preparation and delivery
How we approach the work
A frame schedule helps us count units, identify opening types and note restricted access. We survey existing coatings, silicone, gaskets and opening clearances, then specify masking and application for each substrate.
What the survey needs to establish
Window spraying does not improve glazing performance or remedy leaks. Failed sealant, trapped gaskets, damaged units and inaccessible faces are recorded as exclusions or separately priced work.
We agree site-specific method statements, risk assessments and COSHH information for the selected products with the site team. Technical Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets can be reviewed as part of the specification. Access, working at height and operator competency are confirmed for each job.
