Exposed ceiling spraying
An exposed ceiling can unify a busy soffit, structure and visible services in one colour. We assess each component separately, including surfaces that must remain accessible, identifiable or uncoated.

Projects start with a site survey or a review of drawings, photographs and a finish schedule. We confirm the substrate, access, masking, programme and coating documentation before issuing a scoped quotation.
Preparation and delivery
How we approach the work
Coordination with the principal contractor and M&E trades is essential. We agree protection for detectors, sprinklers, labels, dampers, access panels, cables and fixtures; the coating schedule then follows the approved material and substrate requirements.
What the survey needs to establish
Life safety devices, fire protection and critical equipment are never treated as ordinary decorative surfaces. Obtain design-team approval for any proposed coating to services or fire-protected elements.
We agree site-specific method statements, risk assessments and COSHH information for the selected products with the site team. Technical Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets can be reviewed as part of the specification. Access, working at height and operator competency are confirmed for each job.

Can you spray exposed pipes and ductwork?
Where the asset owner, relevant trade and product specification permit it. Equipment and identification that must remain clear is excluded.
Do you remove light fittings?
Electrical isolation and removal are coordinated with a competent electrical contractor if required.
